Three org charts showing how accounts connect, then the full click-path for each role, sign-up through daily use, recreated screen-by-screen from the live app. The names and codes shown are examples, so no real athlete appears on screen.
The whole system is one chain of codes. Each level hands the next a code; nobody sees anyone above or beside them, only what's below. Parents sit entirely outside the chain.
When an AD buys MEA for the school, they seed a school code. Each coach joins with it, spins up a team, and gets a team code for their athletes.
The AD Scorecard is the only view that rolls up across every team. Each coach sees only their own roster.
A coach who buys MEA independently skips the AD entirely. At sign-up they check "I don't have a school code, I bought this myself," pick their sport, and get a team code. An assistant coach can be attached to the same team to help support them.
Athletes join with the head coach's team code. An assistant coach is added to the same team, no separate roster, and signs in to the head coach's exact dashboard to help support them. (We add them on the back end from their email; they Sign in, not Sign up.) The same works for any coach in Chart A.
A parent account is never tied to a team, coach, school, or roster, and never appears in any coach or AD report. It exists so a parent can do the program themselves.
Signs up on their own, picks a sport, gets the same daily sessions the athletes do. Invisible to every roster and report.
Keeping the roster clean: on any setup above, a coach can remove a member from their team, and an AD can remove one org-wide, the clean-up for duplicates or a parent who used the team code. It's a removal, not a delete (the account stays; they can re-join). See screen 18b.
In real order: everyone signs up first (pick a role), each role's path follows, then the front door they use to sign back in every visit after, and finally the coach & AD dashboards. Each frame is a screen; the note under it is what to say on the video.
A brand-new person always starts on Sign Up, not Sign In. Four roles; the one you pick decides what the next screen asks for. (Signing back in later is the front door, screens 16–17.)
Email, name, school name. That's the entire AD setup.
This is the AD's one job: send SCHOOL-7K4Q to their coaches. Then they verify their own login code and land on the Scorecard (screen 19).
Coach picks their sport (21 options, it tailors the daily content) and enters the SCHOOL- code from their AD. Solo buyers tap the last pill and skip it.
The coach's team code. This is the one thing athletes need. Coaches can also blast it from their dashboard.
Full dashboard detail in screen 18. First things a coach sees: their team code and a Team phase switch that sets the whole roster's mode at once.
Athlete enters the TEAM- code and they're on the roster. No code yet? They can start solo and join a team later from their home screen.
Same 6-digit code step. Athletes get no invite code of their own, they're the end of the chain.
The home screen. Belt progress (Red → Silver at 25 days → Black at 50), a phase switch, and a sport picker. A "day" counts only when both Morning + Evening are done.
The daily menu. Two core reps every day, Morning and Evening, plus the interactive Confidence & Reflection Coaches, protocols, assessments, and live group coaching.
A guided ~9-step flow: Mindset Quiz → Scenario Immersion → identity reps → a spoken statement. Short, sport-specific, one of the 15 mindsets each day.
Finishing Morning is half a "day." The Evening session (screen 13) closes the loop and banks the full day toward the next belt.
Evening runs in purple: open-text neurojournaling, a "who represents this mindset" burst, and a quick mood check, that mood feeds the coach's Team Emotional Analysis.
The home screen changes with the phase. Pre-Season (orange) = protocols + rehearsals; Off-Season (olive) = AM/PM + the Optimization Coach. The athlete or coach sets the phase.
The key difference: no code field at all. A parent can't accidentally land on a coach's roster. Just email + name.
Parents get the same daily sessions, they pick a sport and go. There's no team, no roster, and their answers are never visible to any coach or AD.
Want to see exactly what your athletes see? Make a second account as a Parent, it's the cleanest way in.
Why a separate email: one email can only be one account/role. A fresh email keeps your "experience it" account cleanly apart from the coach/AD account you run your teams from.
Once the account exists, this is the door everyone uses every time. No passwords, type your email, get a 6-digit code. Same screen for coaches, athletes, ADs, and parents.
Troubleshooting line: "Didn't get your code? Check your email is typed correctly, then look in spam and promotions." District inboxes receive the plain code reliably.
What a coach sees: the roster grouped by phase; per-athlete Debriefs / Pregame / DMF (daily sessions); assessment growth (Base→2nd→3rd from the Assessment Center); and 7-day team sentiment. A per-athlete Individual Mental State row is rolling out to pilot teams.
Remove someone who shouldn't be on this team, a parent who signed up with the team code, or a duplicate. It takes them off your roster and reports; it doesn't delete their account, and they can re-join later with your team code.
The clean-up tool coaches love. One tap arms Remove, a second Confirms, so duplicates, a parent who used the team code, or an athlete who left come off the roster and out of the reports. It's a removal, not a delete: the account stays and they can re-join. ADs get the same, school-wide, from the Scorecard (next screen).
The AD's rollup. Every athlete across every team, by phase, with a green/orange dot for engaged vs. not-signed-up. A second tab, Coach & Team Adoption, shows which teams are actually live. This is the only view that spans the whole school, and the Manage column lets an AD remove a member org-wide (the same clean-up as screen 18b, across every team).
